Feeling overwhelmed in your daily life with stress and anxiety, or suffering from depression, grief or PTSD? Immersing in nature can generate positive emotions such as joy, concentration and creativity, and connectedness with the natural world has been associated with lower levels of depression, anxiety, and stress.

The CNY Land Trust has partnered with licensed mental health counselor and ecotherapist, Cory Brosch, MS, LMHC from Oswego State University. Cory took us on a guided walk through nature and the mind while providing techniques to cope with many of the issues that hinder our happiness and hold us back from our greatest potential.

We will be hosting a series of ecotherapy walks.  Sign up for our newsletter for more information.
