Sponsorship Opportunities

When you partner with The Central New York Land Trust to help fund projects like these, you join prestigious organizations like Ducks Unlimited, who helped us create and restore 400-acres of wetlands protecting critical habitat for migratory birds in the Atlantic flyway, The Onondaga Environmental Institute, who assisted us with a bridge installation facilitating fish and wildlife passage, and The Onondaga Audubon Society, whom we partner with to monitor blue birds and create nesting habitats. The generous support of business leaders is the reason our organization has been able to make such significant impacts in land, water, and habitat conservation and restoration

In 2023, we have three major sponsorship opportunities:

50th Anniversary Partnership

Walk for Nature Sponsorship

EverGreen EverBlue Sponsorship

Please see the below packages, which cover all of the sponsorship advantages for each event.

50th Anniversary Sponsor

The Central New York Land Trust is celebrating a huge milestone in 2023 as our organization turns 50.

This significant milestone in our history is being marked by some very ambitious plans for long lasting impacts on our natural spaces.

As an industry leader, you know how important it is to partner with the right organization.  The Central New York Land Trust has been leading the cause to protect undeveloped land in our region.  We are the sixth largest land conservation organization in New York, and have been successfully reclaiming and restoring wild spaces, protecting habitats, reconnecting aquatic passages, and safeguarding drinking water since 1973.  When you partner with us, you can be confident that we can accomplish the goals we set out to attain, and with your support we will.

Please click on our sponsorship levels and the benefits we can offer your organization when you take this journey with us.

Walk for Nature Sponsor

More than 50 years ago, a group of students and concerned citizens came together to raise money to protect a very special parcel of undeveloped land in Marcellus, NY.  After a successful campaign and walk, they were able to purchase and protect Baltimore Woods, which has been a source for education and recreation for the community ever since.

The following year, those same community members created The Central New York Land Trust, which began our 50 year legacy of land conservation.  We have added a preserve every year since our inception with 51 conservation areas and more than 3,500 acres of land under protection from development.

This Earth Day, we are recreating our first historic walk.  We are looking for sponsors to join us, students from around the region, concerned citizens, companies, and even some of the participants from our original walk.
