Are you feeling overwhelmed in your daily life with stress and anxiety, or are you suffering from depression, grief or PTSD? Immersing in nature can generate positive emotions such as joy, concentration and creativity, and connectedness with the natural world has been associated with lower levels of depression, anxiety, and stress.
The CNY Land Trust is excited to offer an exclusive ecotherapy session with licensed mental health counselor and ecotherapist, Cory Brosch, MS, LMHC from Oswego State University. Cory will take us on a guided walk through nature and the mind at High Hickory Wildlife Sanctuary on September 9th at 10:00 AM in Skaneateles while she provides us with techniques to cope with many of the issues that hinder our happiness and hold us back from our greatest potential.
This program is free to members and $30 for non-members. Registration is required. All CNY Land Trust members please use the promo code ECOMEMBER during checkout.
